Day 4 – No Shave Yoga Event – #yogabeardsunite – Where?  
Today my son, Ethan, jumped in on the challenge. He’s sporting the mustache and busting some Up Dog for the event. Yoga is an excellent way to practice cultivating positive focus and good intentions and can help in the journey of maintaining good health. Sometimes having fun is an essential part of the ride!

If you live in South Florida there is a No Shave Yoga Event yoga class happening at nativeyogacenter.com on November 22nd at 12:00pm. If you would like to host a donation based yoga class in your area please let us know so we can help share the word. The purpose of this challenge is to raise awareness and get together and have a good time for a good cause.
No Shave Yoga Event is a group of yoga teachers who have banded together to help spread the word, grow hairy, raise money and inspire health through the practice of yoga.
